James brings deep expertise in real estate development, construction oversight, and market strategy. As Managing Principal, he leads construction execution and site development, drawing on extensive relationships across real estate, finance, and construction to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the Austin market.
Before shifting to land development, James worked as a self-employed spec-home builder and subcontractor for several major Central Texas production builders — including DR Horton, Centex, Pulte, Newmark, David Weekley, and Milestone Homes. For the past six years he has focused on warehouse projects, RV parks, hospitality, and multifamily across the Austin area, driving value from the ground up.
Karthik is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with over 25 years of experience across technology, retail operations, and residential rental management. As Managing Principal, he oversees capital and business operations — including accounting, finance, and banking relationships.
He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and has founded and managed technology startups and retail ventures in Austin, developing a deep understanding of how to operate and scale small businesses efficiently. Today he helps lead the company's land development, warehouse, multifamily, and resort initiatives — and the South Austin entertainment district.
